I completed my Advanced open water, Peak Performance Buoyancy speciality and my Rescue diver course with Crystal Dive & I can highly recommend this diving school. My instructor Maria was so patient, improving my confidence as a scuba diver & ensuring I always had fun in the underwater world : ). I was even lucky enough to have 1:1 on both courses, making it super easy to learn new skills.I had a brilliant time diving with Crystal and cannot wait to come back in the near future 😊😊

Crystal is an awesome diving school! The crew here is the best, both very fun to go diving (or have some drinks 🙂 ) with, while at the same time they adhere to the highest teaching and safety standards at all time, they really know what they are doing! Where do I start! After doing a brief bit of research before flying to Thailand, we decided that we were going to undertake our Open Water Dive certification with Crystal Dive in Koh Toa.I started the course with 2 other friends, however unfortunately for me after day 2 of the course I became ill with a nasty stomach bug and decided to postpone the last 2 days of the Open Water course until my health improved.Crystal Dive were very accommodating with this request and told me that I could complete the course when I felt better.My instructor Tom was just a great guy. After meeting him for the first time I immediately felt safe and confident in his ability to provide fun, safe and focused diving tuition. Due to the fact that I had to postpone my course there was a chance that I would have to finish the last 2 days with a different instructor. After my initial experiencine I decided to wait until I could resume my course with Tom and it was well worth the wait! This was especially important as the whole experience was entirely new for me and I felt a bit nervous to begin with. Initially I struggled mastering the ability to clear my mask of water while beneath the surface. Tom was extremely patient and made sure I was confident with this skill before going to sea.All in all Crystal Dive exceeded my expectations. All the team where great to work with, the facilities and practices were fine tuned and I thoroughly enjoyed completing my Open Water Dive certification with them.Really looking forward to coming back to complete my Advanced Open Water with Tom in the near future!Highly recommend this Dive school to anyone coming to Dive in Koh Toa!

had a fantastic experience at the Crystal dive I visited during the Easter break. I completed both my Open Water and Open Water Advanced certifications there. My dive master, Alex, was extremely friendly and explained everything superbly. The atmosphere at the school was incredible. I highly recommend this diving school.

We really enjoyed the Open Water course we did with Alex and Ty, and spontaneously continued with the Advanced course with Alex and Sarah because we fell in love with diving! Our instructors were great, really kind and helpful and we felt safe with them even in adventurous conditions. Thanks for everything✨🌊🤙🏼

Originally we had planned to do the discover scuba diving and potentially the open water based on how the discovery day went. Upon completing the DSD we instantly signed up for the open water course and absolutely loved it. We then signed up for the advanced open water and also loved it! Our instructor Tom was incredibly patient, kind and friendly as well a very thorough teacher. We had him for the DSD, open water, and advanced which provided for an amazing experience! I’d highly recommend Crystal Dive School to anyone who is interested in scuba diving.

We had heard good things about crystal dive through a friend so did the discover scuba dive day we loved it so much we then continued onto our open water and advanced. We had the same instructor throughout, Tom who was super lovely, very patient with us and I couldn’t fault his teaching. We had an amazing time and made lots of friends and I can’t wait to continue diving.

We had a great time diving at Crystal. I had Tom who did my advanced and was great! My wife had big Rich doing her wreck speciality course and she loved him! The accommodation is also well worth it for the discounted price. We will definitely be back!

Just did my PADI open water dive with my instructors Claire and George both were absolutely amazing. I did struggle with my course a little because I was nervous with some of the skills but they both made me feel safe and comfortable and I completed my course. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore very thorough with the skills and made me super confident before I even entered the ocean! Definitely consider Crystal when booking your course they also offer great free accommodation with some courses!!

Great diving school with an amazing atmosphere and care. As it is quite big you have a real diving Center vibe when you are there. There is also a lot of information and events for sustainable diving which I really appreciated.I did my advanced PADI with Alex and it was a great experience and felt super safe with him so I could learn very well. The dive instructors and masters here are really exceptional.

Well... I can not write everything down. But amazing company, amazing organisation. Apart from that we had bo as instructor. He's purely amazing. His way to teach was just incredible. I really appreciated every single moment in and outside the water.What needs to be mentioned as well is the amazing support of bo's assistant Glenn and Laura. They were for us even more then just assistant. They were a reference for everything. They gave as everytime a very helpful answer to our questions. I felt immediately the improvement byself based on their suggestions. Apart from the diving part those two amazing people were such an enrichment. Eating and talking about diving as well as about other stuff in order to become very good mates in- and outside of the water. Thanks mates 😉

Travelling through SEA we spontaneously chose Ko Tao for our diving adventure, influenced by positive Google reviews and a recommendation from someone we met in Malaysia who spoke highly of Crystal Dive. Impressed by our experience, I felt compelled to share this review. Neither of us had dived before, so we opted for the Open Water course. Fortunately, we were assigned Hugo and Mathijs as instructors, who both excelled in their roles. Additionally, Elisabetta, who is on her Dive Master journey, accompanied the course, providing ample support with three pairs of eyes for just four participants.During the training in the pool I had some difficulties adjusting to stay under water and to breath out of a can. But thanks to these guys and their special attention I overcame these problems. Once in the ocean, it felt purely natural and amazing!These 3 guys made learning to dive a safe and fun experience!Following the course, we were captivated by diving and decided to pursue the Advanced Open Water certification, once again under Mathijs’s guidance. True to form, he delivered exceptional instruction. Mathijs is not only a skilled instructor but also a great person - dank je wel!Last but not least we did a fun dive with Melissa, who made it a great experience with her infectious passion for the underwater world and all the little things in it!I would recommend everyone to go diving with Crystal Dive! Hope to see you guys again!

With no prior experience to diving (not even snorkeling) I decided to do my Open Water at Crystal Dive and it has been a fantastic experience! Our instructors Hugo and Mathijs have guided us through the whole process fantastically, very patiently explaining everything we need to know, always giving me the feeling that we are safe at all times. We have also been accompanied by Elisabetta, in training for her Dive Master, who kept an additional pair of eyes on us, which I really appreciated!I used to think diving is not for me and that I would be afraid all the time but thanks to you guys it turned out that diving is actually a lot of fun - that’s why I also did the Advanced Open Water with Mathjis which really took it to the next level (including a wreck and a night dive). Mathjis even pointed out a sting ray for us which we celebrated a lot!We also had professional pictures taken and these turned out amazing, too, thanks so much!Also, big shout out to Melissa who accompanied us on a Fun Dive and who really brought across her passion for diving and marine life and made the dives so much fun, she even found us an eel which was super cool!5 of 5, would always come back next time I’m on Koh Tao!
