What where you doing before you joined Crystal Dive’s team to complete your scuba diving internship (Diving Lifestyle Program) on Koh Tao?
I was working in Sweden.
How long have you spent completing your scuba diving internship?
About 3 months to complete. Steady and comfortable pace so I could enjoy every second on the island and do a lot of fun dives with friends.
I did leave for one week, to Malaysia for visa run and small holiday.
What was your favourite part of the scuba diving Internship and why?
My favourite part was of course the diving! To learn so much about it and see all the amazing life underwater. To meet so many new and friendly faces all the time. And the island is amazingly beautiful.
What was your least favourite part and why?
To leave the place, and sometimes the pool was cold after a couple of hours in it!
Who was your favourite Instructor and why?
It was my mentor Heath, who took good care in my training, but the other instructors where also amazing, so friendly and you could see they really loved what they were doing.
As a qualified PADI Divemaster (or Instructor) what are you future plans with regards to scuba?
And what about Koh Tao?
The island is amazing, so beautiful and everyone is so friendly and it’s easy to find everything you need. If you like to relax there is no problem. If you like to party there is plenty. I would say the community is very eco friendly and I liked that a lot.
And your favourite restaurant on Koh Tao?
Pranee’s Kitchen. Good food, good service and they show movies after 6pm.
How did you spend your non diving days on Koh Tao?
In a hammock on my bungalow on the beach with friends or riding my scooter around to see this beautiful island.
Where are you heading next?
I’m going back to Sweden to my dog and to work some more before I come back.
