What ‘Diving Lifestyle’ Internship program did you complete?
What where you doing before you joined Crystal Dive’s team to complete your scuba diving internship (Diving Lifestyle Program) on Koh Tao?
I own a real estate business.
How long have you spent completing your Divemaster internship?
What has been your favourite part of your scuba diving education at Crystal and why?
The Rescue course. I really enjoyed the skills and especially all the underwater navigation we did when we were learning the various search patterns. But the best thing was to meet so many nice people at Crystal; other DMTs & the staff making new friends from all over the world!
What was your least favourite part and why?
Hmm, this is a hard one. I think on some days the morning boat. (Thank you Chang Beer!)
Who was your favourite Instructor and why?
There are a few. Neil, Manu, Tina, Karsten and Dirk. Uncomplicated, charming, funny and very helpful. It feels like a big family and I’m Italian so I know exactly what a big family is!
As a qualified PADI Divemaster what are you future plans with regards to scuba?
First of all I want to discover new dive sites around the world, this means – FUN DIVES! Next step is an internship as a DM, then maybe IDC, MSDT, who knows. One day maybe reaching Platinum Course Director status?
And what about Koh Tao?
I love Koh Tao. The vibe is relaxed and you can get everything: a night full of parties, buckets and madness at Sairee Beach or a quiet, isolated and empty spot to relax.
The sunsets – pure magic. Over and over again.
And your favourite restaurant on Koh Tao?
The Whitening; I love this place, the food is amazing and the staff is great!
How did you spend your non diving days on Koh Tao?
Reading at Banana Rock Bar, Sai Nuan Beach.
Where are you heading next?
Marsa Alam for a few Fun Dives and then straight back home.
