Amazing school for diving in Koh Tao! I did my open water and advanced course with Michaella who was a great instructor and made me feel very comfortable under the water.

Brilliant dive centre with really good dive instructors and dive masters at hand to help. Super patient and will adapt to your ability. Highly recommend this dive school for any of their courses (I did my advanced open water course here and it was great). Shout out to my two diving instructors Tom and Ana and the dive master Bram who were all amazing!

I just completed my open water course with Crystal and had the best experience with a lovely group of people. I couldn’t recommend them enough. My instructor, Michaella, was fantastic and helped me feel super relaxed in the water and managed any concerns I had! I will be back to complete my advanced in the future for sure!

Highly recommend Crystal! My partner and I done the open water course with Tom and Ana and they made it so fun and explained everything so well. We both felt extremely safe underwater with both of them and they kept us very calm when we needed help. My partner decided after the first open water dive that it wasn't for her and she didn't feel forced to continue but they explained all the options incase she changed her mind. They both asked how she was doing everyday which we both appreciated! I continued and done my advanced course with Tom and Ana which was amazing getting to do more dives! I chose peak boyancy which was challenging but definitely improved my diving, wreck (which we seen for 2 minutes as I took 25 minutes to descend...sorry guys😅) and a night dive which was my favourite dive of them all!Thankyou Tom and Ana... we'll be back! 🤙

I stayed with Crystal Dive for 5 days to do some fun dives and then my PADI Wreck and Deep water diver certifications.My instructor, Michaella, was excellent at managing the dives and was very knowledgable on the course content. She provided very clear coaching on how to approach wreck diving and we visited several amazing wrecks as part of the course. The final wreck penetration dive was fantastic and I felt very well prepared.For the deep dive course, we completed exercises at depth covering gas narcosis and Michaella coached me through how to lead a dive myself, which has been excellent for improving my independence as a diver.Everyone at the Crystal team were very welcoming and safety conscious and I had a really great time diving there. I would highly recommend diving at Crystal and especially the deep and wreck certs with Michaella!

I am so glad we went with Crystal Dive for our PADI Open Water course, I cannot recommend them enough! Sandy and Vik our instructors were amazing and made us feel safe and comfortable the whole time. I loved the experience so much and hope to come back and do my Advanced diver at some point! Its also in a fantastic location, 5-min walk from the ferry with accomodation included right on the beach!

fantastic place to get your open water done.Ben made us soo competent with our skills in the pool, It made our dives effortless.if i had to rate him out of 5, I would rate Ben 10 ;).

I had the best time learning how to dive at Crystal. Sandy and Evandro were the most amazing instructors. They explained everything with the perfect amount of detail to ensure that we truly understood the fundamentals of diving. They were incredible teachers; their humour, ability to calm us down, and ample knowledge about diving and the ocean in general is what made our whole group stay for our advanced open water. I would’ve stayed longer and done every course possible if time permitted, but I will 100% be back one day to do more dives. I truly cannot thank my teachers enough for sparking this new love for scuba diving within me. This course helped me make friends that I am going to continue to travel with. I will recommend this diving centre and my 2 wonderful instructors Sandy and Evan to everyone I know! THANK YOU!

When I traveled to Thailand, I had no idea that I would ever be able to learn to scuba dive. A friend raved to me about how he learned to dive on Koh Tao and recommended Crystal Divers (also recommended in Stefan Loose). Just 4 days and then I can go into the sea to a depth of 18m? Yes! It was the best thing I could do. There were 5 of us on the open water course and we had two dive instructors. Melanie (our first diving instructor) was immediately very likeable and gave me a feeling of competence, security and trust. I knew that if something happened, she would save me 🙂 But of course she didn't have to. Her empathetic and calm manner made me feel confident in all the exercises and ultimately had a lot of fun with my diving buddies. We really learned an incredible amount in order to be prepared for an “emergency” (e.g. losing a mask under water, losing air - aging. Air supply, CESA climb). At the end, being able to dive in the sea in a relaxed manner gave me a feeling of freedom. Thank you, Melanie. You're really great.Jonah, who basically acted as an “assistant” (second diving instructor), was also very competent and gave you a feeling of ease underwater. You were a great team. Thank you for these 4 eventful days on Koh Tao.

I took an open water dive course over four days. Big shout out to my diving instructor Mel and also Jonah. On the second day, Pool Day, I had problems with my ear/pressure equalization and wanted to finish the diving course early. Looking back, that would have been a huge mistake. The impressions and experiences under water are unique. Luckily, thanks to Mel's positive encouragement and her expertise, I reconsidered my decision and successfully passed the diving course. It was an absolute highlight of our trip and we are already planning the next dive. During the dives on the boat we were provided with coffee, tea and snacks at all times. Otherwise we always felt like we were in good hands. I can only recommend Crystal Dive 🤿🫧🐠👌🫶

My husband & I completed a 4-day open water diving course (OWD) with Melanie. What can I say - Meli was awesome! It was so much fun with her. Apart from the fact that, as a Swiss, she also spoke German, it was just great. She answered every question (even the same ones several times haha) and always exuded a calmness that helped us a lot while diving. From day 2 onwards, Dive Instructor Jonah was there, there were five people and that would have been too much for Meli alone. Jonah was also an asset to our group. On the last day of diving we all went out for a drink together in town. All in all, a well-rounded affair - a huge thank you to both of you! (Thanks Jonah!) We all still have a chat group together. :)Maybe we'll come back again for the advanced course. 🫶Keep it up!

An absolute highlight of our trip!We had an amazing time diving thanks to our enthusiastic instructors, Na, Ana, and Aex. We initially planned to do just the Open Water course, but after the excellent explanations and the great time we had both during and after diving with our instructors, we immediately decided to follow it up with the Advanced Open Water course. I would definitely recommend Crystal Dive if you're looking to get your PADI certification!

We had an absolute fantastic time at Crystal. I can't recommend this school enough. They have great instructors and fantastic location, and they have their own boats and dock. They even have their own swimming pool for training, which, compared to other schools, sets it apart. Crystal might be slightly more expensive than other schools, but it is more than worth it. We will definitely be visiting again in the near future. A big thank you to Na en Aex for the amazing training.
