Build Skills with Marine Conservation Internships
As an intern, you’ll become a valued member of our conservation crew, taking on real responsibilities that make a difference. You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, including collecting data for reef surveys, maintaining artificial reefs, assisting with project dives, and helping to organise daily operations. Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to join our Marine Conservation Internships
Minimum Certification Level
A minimum certification of Advanced Adventurer with Perfect Buoyancy is required for our Marine Conservation Internships. Equivalent certifications from other recognised training agencies are also accepted. This ensures all participants can maintain proper control and minimize impact during underwater conservation work.
Medical Statement
You’ll need to be medically fit for scuba diving. Please download and review this Scuba Diving Medical Statement. If you have any questions or medical conditions, we recommend consulting with your physician before booking.
Recent Dive Experience
For your safety and comfort, we ask that all participants have completed a dive within the last 6 months. If it’s been longer, we’ll schedule a Scuba Review session before your program begins to ensure you’re confident in the water and ready to dive into marine conservation activities.

No you don’t. The Coral Tribe are flexible with their placements for training courses or internships, you simply need to have a keen interest in marine conservation.
What diving level do I need to have to join The Coral Tribe?
To conduct marine conservation activities, you are required to have a high level of control underwater. See the minimum prerequisites here.
Can I start a course or internship everyday?
