My boyfriend and I did the 4 day open water certification with Crystal Dive Koh Tao and it was an amazing and unforgettable experience!
Our dive instructor, Tom was so knowledgeable and made it such a memorable, fun and safe experience for us! We started in the pool learning the basic skills then moved onto the ocean the next day. Tom explained everything clearly and was always open to answering any questions we had.
The rooms were gorgeous with free water at reception and all the dive equipment handled very well.
We also did a lot of research of different dive schools on Koh Tao, this was the best bang for your buck with staying 4 nights.
They also had a very cute dog.

Started with no diving experience at all and finished as advanced open water divers! We had an amazing experience at Crystal, our instructor Kelvin was great and made us feel safe the entire time while making sure the whole experience was super enjoyable. All of the other staff were very friendly and helpful and the accommodation included in the course was perfect and clean. Would absolutely recommend this diving school and instructor Kelvin! We will be back to do our diving masters one day!
I had an amazing experience at this diving centre. We started with zero experience and finished as Advanced Open Water Divers, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better journey.
Our instructor, Oli, was exceptional. Extremely professional, calm, knowledgeable, and confident. From the very first dive, he made everything feel safe, clear, and well-structured. His explanations were precise, his attention to detail was impressive, and he always made sure we truly understood what we were doing — not just following instructions.
What really stood out to me was the balance between serious training and enjoyment. Oli pushed us to improve while always respecting our limits, which made every dive both challenging and fun. I felt completely confident underwater thanks to him.

I arrived in Koh Tao with the intention of doing my Divemaster Course, extremely eager to learn about the beauty of the underwater world in which Crystal Dive made my experience even better than what I had expected. During my Divemaster course both my instructors Tom and Oli were very professional and created a great schedule, making it as easy-paced and amazing as I would've imagined it to be.

Crystal Dive is one of the best dive centers I've ever visited. My wife completed her AOWD certification there with Kelvin, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better instructor. The entire team is highly professional, yet there's a warm and family-like atmosphere, even though the dive center is quite large.
We were also traveling with our young daughter, so my wife and I couldn't dive at the same time. The staff made everything incredibly easy for us – we were allowed to bring our daughter on board at any time, so one of us could always take care of the baby. Thank you so much! ❤️

I did open water and advanced adventurer course at Crystal Dive with Alex as my instructor, and it was an amazing experience. Alex was the best! super nice, patient, and clear in his explanations, made me feel confident and safe throughout the whole course.

🌊🐠 Had a great experience diving with Crystal Diving Koh Tao! The staff is super friendly and professional 🙌, and the equipment was in good condition 👌. The dive instructors are not only funny 😄 but also very knowledgeable, which made our fun dives really enjoyable 🤿✨.
What I especially liked: they are very honest and straightforward people, which gave us a lot of trust 💯.
The included accommodation for 600 baht is very basic 🛏️—okay for a short stay, but next time I’d probably pay a little more or book somewhere else nearby.
Overall: fantastic diving, great energy, and awesome people! Highly recommend for anyone coming to Koh Tao 🌴🌞.

Had an amazing experience diving at Crystal Bay! Instructor Todd was fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole dive feel safe and enjoyable. I was also lucky enough to spot a whale shark, which made it unforgettable! A big thanks to Steve for capturing the memories so beautifully on video — something I’ll treasure forever. Great diving school! I just finished my open water certification here and it was a wonderful experience. The whole team is super friendly and the facilities are great, especially the schools own pratice pool and the two boots with crew. I especially want to thank my diving coach Thomas who did a fantastic job. I was a little bit anxious in the beginning and he was absolutly brilliant. He was patient and supportive every step of the way and let me learn at my own pace. He made the entire course, from the first pool session to the last open water dive, an amazing experience. Memories i will cherish for the rest of my live. 10/10 school for everyone interested in diving
I just spent 9 days at Crystal Divers and my experience was nothing short of EXCELLENT. I have wanted to get my scuba cert for many years and final I had the time to do so. I chose Crystal based on their website. Yet my actual experience was way beyond what I imagined. Their location is surrounded by anything you need. Their team was always clear, helpful and cohesive. I was paired up with Tom Schluter based on and I ended up extending my stay. I knew Tom’s experience and expertise was something I was going to benefit for years to come. In 9 days we worked through all the theoretical, experiential and practical knowledge of Open Water, Advanced Adventurer, Deep Diving, Enriched Air, Advanced Wreck Diving and did 18 -Dives. Never once I felt I was unsafe or that the skills required were not attainable through the way he taught. You can tell on the boat that they take their jobs with the right amount of seriousness for safety and wanting to have everyone enjoy their time while learning or fun diving. The accommodations and practical necessities were all great and for the pricing of everything, you can’t beat the value. GO HERE! You won’t regret it.
I have had an absolutely amazing experience completing the Deep Diving, Wreck Diving and Enriched Air Nitrox courses through Crystal Dive. The experience was made all the better by our funny, calm and encouraging instructor, Kelvin @kelvinkhkyaw, who made the experience fun from start to finish. The whole experience on Koh Tao has been amazing. To share my courses with my daughter Zoe has been incredible but was made all the better with an amazing instructor in Kelvin. I should also say, Kelvin helped us find some amazing wildlife under the ocean, including a truly majestic Whale Shark. I would 100% recommend Crystal Dive and Kelvin to anyone wanting the diving experience of a lifetime. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
