PADI MULTILEVEL DIVER SPECIALTY COURSE
Coming up from a dive with a half full tank as you run out of bottom time is in the past once you get into this course!
Planning dives using a dive table like the PADI Recreational Dive Planner (RDP) is a safe and reliable way. But once you dive beyond 18 metres, it becomes too conservative, leaving you with limited bottom time.
In the PADI Multilevel Diver Specialty course you learn how to use the PADI eRDP-ML to plan your dives adding different depth levels like Dive Computers do and as such extending your total dive time a lot.
You will learn more about planning a safe dive and the basics of decompression theory. A valuable knowledge as well if you are used to dive with computers it offers a great backup in case your computer fails.
Don’t leave anything to chance & become a Multilevel Diver!
In just one day and 2 dives that you will plan and then execute, you will get the knowledge and tools to individually plan your dives or create backup plans.
Our knowledgeable multilingual Instructors will teach you the PADI Multilevel Diver Specialty in small groups of max. 4 students.

Part 1: Theory
We start with the necessary PADI-Paperwork and an introduction round for you and your Instructor.
Then the theoretical part of your PADI Multilevel Diver Specialty Course starts with some self-study using your personal copy of the PADI Multilevel Diver manual and 2 Knowledge Reviews. You will get introduced to the basics of Decompression Theory and learn about the benefits of being able to plan your dives accounting for the fact, that you are not at the bottom for the whole duration of your dive.
Together with your Instructor you will then look at the insight behind dive tables, nitrogen intake on dives at different depth and how to use the eRDP-ML to plan a two- and three-level dive safely. As well you compare this with the options your dive computer may offer.
Part 2: 2 Multilevel Open Water Dives
We will have a break for lunch and then get onto one of our 3 custom built dive boats to head out for two dives.
On these dives you will not have any skills to practice, but rather focus on following your dive plan at all times whilst being able to stay underwater for longer.
Dive One of your PADI Multilevel Diver Specialty will be a 2 level dive that you plan for you and your instructor. You will find the maximum time you can spend on these levels, but decide to stay well within the limits of those.
Specialty Dive Two will be a 3 level dive which is perfect for a repetitive dive to extend your time whilst being on a repetitive dive. You will also use a dive computer on your dives but mainly follow the planned profile and compare how the times vary.
After your dives, we will add the information about your multilevel dive profiles in your dive log book and you will be a certified PADI Multilevel Diver Specialist!
